Responsibilities:
Providing customer service via phone and e-mail
Effectively handling queries and issues
Verification of financial data
Processing and retention of financial documentation

Required knowledge:
Very good knowledge of Czech
Very good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of MS Office Package
No previous experience required
