Our client is a leading Business Processes Outsourcing organisation well established in Poland. Currently, for a new project we are looking for a few:

Customer Service Support Operators with Czech / Slovak / Slovenian

The role is based in Warsaw and involves providing the support to the Client users with applications mainly through chat and email - occasionally by phone but always with the use of language mentioned above.

We are looking for young, ambitious individuals, possibly also students or young graduates who have a working knowledge of computers, internet, MS Office, but also a working understanding of Mobile Applications (e.g. Android environment).

Ideally, the candidates should have some experience in customer service or technical support environment.

The job is full time and guaranteed for a min. of 6 months and offers a great opportunity to work with applications that most of you enjoy and use everyday. Now you will be able to support others and let them fully enjoy the applications.
