Hays Poland for its Client - worldwide provider of broadest range of diagnostics, monitoring products and services: from small hand held devices used directly by patients or healthcare professionals, to large diagnostic instruments found in hospital laboratories - is looking for Diagnostic Product Support Specialist to their newly created Customer Support Center based in Warsaw.

You will be working in international team which will cover the customer support regarding assigned company products for one of several countries in their local language: Russian, Lithuanian, Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian or Polish by phone and email. The main duty is to handle customer inquiries, starting with the acceptance of technical product problems through to the definition of suitable measures. In addition you will be also responsible for: identification of customer/lab organization driven issues; development of measures, application of remote service for customer support, handling of simple customer complaints incl. communication with customers and colleagues. Occasionally you will be also involved also on site tasks such as: maintenance, easy repairs, installations, confirmation of installed system and performing system presentations.

We are looking for candidates with university degree in chemistry, biology or similar, experienced in working with procedures in laboratory or technical environment. Perfect candidate must speak at least in one of following languages: Russian OR Lithuanian OR Czech OR Slovakian OR Hungarian. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset. Being familiar with medical analysis systems and quality assurance will be also an asset.
