Hays Poland for its Client, a leading consulting company, is seeking the Russian Speaking Accountant (GL) to join its multilingual team in Warsaw, Poland.

The key responsibilities of the successful Candidate will include: preparation and posting of journal entries, supporting audit of financial statements as required, perform a high level review of B/S and P/L for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation and inter company reconciliation process. Scope of Her/His duties will contain managing the preparation of all compliance documentation as defined by the client, responsible for SOX compliance within the team.

The ideal Candidate has graduated from Accountancy/Finance/Economics and has at least one year of best practice experience in working on similar position. We are looking for Candidate with knowledge of GAAP's, SOX control and reporting; MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (SAP). From candidates we expect ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment, also strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills. Fluent English and Russian is a must.
